Most of our batteries utilize a universal 510-thread connection, which is the industry standard. However, we recommend checking the diameter of your cartridge for 'conceal' style batteries to ensure a proper fit.
What is the average lifespan of a Vape Batt device?
With proper care and regular cleaning of the contact points, our high-quality lithium-ion batteries typically last between 300 to 500 charge cycles before a decrease in capacity is noticed.
How long does shipping take within the United States?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Please note that per federal regulations, all vape-related electronics must be shipped via specialized carriers which may require an adult signature upon delivery.
What should I do if my battery arrives dead or won't charge?
First, ensure the charging port is free of debris and try an alternative micro-USB or USB-C cable. If the device remains unresponsive, please contact our support team within 14 days for a warranty replacement.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and its territories due to the complex and varying international regulations regarding the shipment of lithium batteries and electronic vaping hardware.
How can I extend the battery life of my device?
To maximize longevity, avoid leaving your battery in extreme temperatures (like a hot car) and try to keep the charge level between 20% and 80%. Always use the charging cable provided with your device.
